an additional $100 for the modern camping cabin option (shared comfortably with 3 others) + you must bring your own bedding/linen/pillow (sleeping bag if preferred)

your own transportation to Roam Adventure Basecamp

your own camping gear (you may also sleep in your car if you prefer)

any favorite food or snacks of yours that we might not be providing (or special dietary restricted foods)

you must be age 18 or older

you must have a well functioning gravel bike - or choose the rental option at checkout (we will be doing a bike check to ensure everyone has a bike that is safe to use)

you must sign the waivers prior to participating in this event (email will be sent after ticket purchase and prior to event)

if 6 people are not signed up by August 12th, this event will be cancelled and you will be refunded (minus transaction fees).
