Posture
Learn you proper posture, to help with efficient muscle activation, to decrease pain or tightness, and improve overall ride comfort.
Positioning
Get set up properly on your bike for improved alignment, efficiency and comfort while riding.
Skills
Fine tune your skills with in-the-moment instructions and encouragement while riding on or off the trail. I emphasize patience and understand that everyone has their own way of learning and will never rush you.
Efficiency
Learn how to pedal and shift efficiently, especially when going up and downhill.
Confidence
Build confidence in a setting that makes you feel safe, seen and heard. You will not be rushed, and because it’s 1:1 we get to focus on whatever you want or need during this session.
Safety
Learn everything you need to know in regards to trail and bike safety.
I am a certified BICP level 1 skills instructor and group ride leader and have been mountain biking across the U.S. for over 8 years and have coached over 140 hours of mountain biking in the past year. By learning the proper skills, your riding can become more efficient and your technique will improve, thus increasing joy and safety while mountain biking! Each session is tailored to the individual.
1 Hour : 70$
2 - 1 Hour sessions : $119 (USD) Save 15% per session
3 - 1 Hour sessions : $168 (USD) Save 20% per session
4 - 1 Hour sessions : $210 (USD) Save 25% per session

If you want to know why I charge less than the other places, please follow this link to my FAQs page. You may apply the BIPOC/ LGBTQ+ 20% discount to the 1 hour session, but it cannot be added to the discounted multi-pack sessions.
