Monica is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM . She has 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and 8 years working with patients creating exercise programs as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Though most of her background is in Physical Therapy where she has gained almost a decade of knowledge and expertise, working with her through personal training will not be physical therapy and you will be referred for services to another professional if your needs are outside of her scope of practice as a Certified Personal Trainer.

Wellness changes take time and there are no “quick fixes”. I use a mind-body mindfulness approach and we move at your own pace. I don’t believe in restrictions or “no pain no gain” approaches.
Think of me as your accountability - buddy, holding you accountable to show up for yourself and pushing you when you need it - but always encouraging you to tune into what your body is asking of you, rather than ignoring your body’s signs and signals and pushing though anyways - - which would be likely to lead to injury.
