The July Mountain Bike Retreat was such an incredible experience, that Unruly Women is once again partnering with Trailhead Cycling to bring you another all-inclusive mountain biking retreat!

This time, we will be staying at True North Basecamp in Crosby, MN, where we’ll be riding the infamous red dirt of the Cuyuna single track trail systems.

Besides the fact that we’re bringing together a group of rad women to ride the Cuyuna mountain bike trails together - here are the details:

• What's Included?

  • shared campsite (the whole group of 10+ will be staying at shared campsites at True North Basecamp) with showers and flushing toilets a short bike ride away and pit toilets right in camp

  • gentle yoga taught by Jess throughout the weekend

  • close proximity to the coolest freshest lakes (feel free to bring your paddle boards!)

  • catered meals Saturday and Sunday will be catered by The Hudson in Ironton, MN. There will be vegan, vegetarian and carnivore options.

    • Because people may be coming in at different times Friday afternoon/evening DINNER will most likely be casual BBQing hot dogs - carnivore and vegetarian options - along with an assortment of side dishes.

    • an assortment of coffee, teas, and mocktails

  • bike mechanics

  • a high quality custom Pactimo Unruly Women/Trailhead Cycling bike jersey (a 70$ value)

  • a sag wagon (the Trailhead Van as a support vehicle to help transport food, water, equipment, or as a ride if you need one)

  • optional mileage mountain biking together (Saturday + Sunday) meaning that we will be able to ride together and break into groups if we want to - - this also means that rest is optional and you can ride as much or as little as you want to!

  • A brief Skills Clinic by certified Instructors Saturday morning to get our retreat started, optional clinics may be scattered throughout the weekend depending upon the group

  • shower facility/toilet facility - bike able or driveable from our campsite - pit toilets at camp

  • pre-ride bike checks with certified specialists

  • a swag bag with awesome gifts from Unruly Women, Trailhead Cycling, Embark Maple, Mountain Flo Eco Wax and more!

• What's Not Included?

  • your own transportation to True North Basecamp

  • your own camping gear (you may also sleep in your car if you prefer - but it might get uncomfortable with heat with windows closed/mosquitos with windows open)

  • bike rentals through Trailhead Cycling - please choose appropriate option - (additional $195 regular mountain bike/weekend or $295 E-Bike/weekend)

  • snacks for your rides and between meals, I will be providing some pre packaged snacks/ snacks throughout but otherwise I’d encourage you to bring your own :)

  • gratuities

• Requirements

  • you must be age 18 or older

  • you must know how to ride a bike

  • you must have a well functioning mountain bike - or choose the rental option at checkout (we will be doing a bike check to ensure everyone has a bike that is safe to use)

  • you must sign the waivers prior to participating in this event (an email will be sent after ticket purchase and prior to the event)
