The Sanctuary LODGING OPTIONS and BREAKDOWN:
Each hotel room has a mini fridge, television and bathtub / shower
Each price listed below includes lodging and Unruly Women guided activities ( snowshoeing, guided biking, and Sunday morning movement) and Saturday morning light breakfast and coffee/tea
Each price listed below does NOT include rental fees or meals
If you purchase a double or triple occupancy, it is expected that you will be sharing the room with a friend and will split the cost amongst yourselves. There is a form to fill out that will populate when you make your purchase where you will put you and your friend’s contact information so that I can email event information, waivers, etc.
There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee included in below pricing

Single Occupancy Total Cost = $650 (room cost with activities for one person)
Double Occupancy Total Cost = $850 (room cost with activities for 2 people @ $425/ person)
3 Bedroom
Single Occupancy Total Cost = $675 (room cost with activities for one person)
Double Occupancy Total Cost = $900 (room cost with activities for 2 people @$450 / person)
Triple Occupancy Total Cost = $1,125 (room cost with activities for 3 people @ $375 / person)

you must be age 18 or older
you must have a well functioning fat tire bike - or reserve rental for event, safe to wear helmet, eye protection, warm footwear and layers for a safe and comfortable ride
you must be able to ride a bike safely, although fat biking experience is not required
you must sign the waivers prior to participating in this event (email will be sent after ticket purchase and prior to event)

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot to cover booking fees.
if minimum number of 5 people are not signed up by January 16th, 2026, this event will be cancelled and you will be refunded (minus $50 fee to cover costs incurred).
